Chelsea & Andy are about as laid back as a bride and groom could get so getting married at a farm seemed like a no brainer! Neltner’s Farm, located in Melbourne KY, is truly the hidden gem of Northern Kentucky. Between the helpful owners, the gorgeous landscape and endless opportunities to be creative, Neltner’s has quickly become one of our favorite venues!
June 24th was absolutely perfect. You would have never believed that the night before there were torrential downpours that FLOODED the farm. Want to see your wedding planner have an anxiety attack?? Send her a photo of a flooded reception venue the night before the wedding! Luckily, we showed up early Saturday morning and all of the water had gone down! Phew ..
Chelsea and Any held their ceremony in Newport, KY at St. John’s Church. We love this shot that Ben Elsass Photography snagged immediately following the ceremony of some of Chelsea’s bridesmaids bustling her dress … so sweet.
Guests made their way to the farm immediately following the ceremony. They were able to grab drinks and hors d’ oeuvres under a shed before making their way to the tented reception. After dinner, guests gathered around the open air dance floor under cafe lighting as Chelsea & Andy shared their first dance together as husband and wife.
AND a fabulous dessert bar ..
